Press Room
The Halloween & Attractions Show Press Room will be located in Room 106. Although this room is designated strictly for credentialed press, you can drop off your press kits or any informational packet to represent your company.
Special Events or Celebrity Appearances
A great way to highlight your company is by hosting a special event or a celebrity appearance. If you have something planned and would like to share this information with buyers, HAAShow can help by posting it on our site and advising the press. Please submit your details.
Participate in Sponsorship Programs
Getting involved with a sponsorship can guarantee your company will be noticed by all buyers. Contact us to participate in our published sponsorships or about a program to be customized to your specific needs.
Press Kit Tips
Press Kits are a primary source of information for the media. The information included in your press kit should be kept simple and to the point. The best kits are in a folder that is marked clearly with your company’s name and booth number on the outside for easy reference.
Press Kits typically include all or some of the following:
- Recent and relevant news releases (preferably from news related to the HauntShow)
- Company/executive background information
- Detailed product fact sheets/specs
- Product images
- Copies of company publications (annual reports, external magazines, etc.)
- Any special events you have scheduled during the show
- Media contact information
